The story starts in 2005, when Katerina obtains her first job as Head Oenologist at the same winery where Giannis was working as Cellar Master and Vineyard Management Master.

They decided not only to join their lives but also their dreams• to create their own winery.

This Terroir is perfect for highlighting both the Greek varieties they grow, as well as for Gewurztraminer which is Katerina's favorite variety after her studies in France.

Their goal is to produce exceptional wines that reflect the quality and characteristics of this unique soil in respect to the nature and human values.
