The story starts in 2005, when Katerina obtains her first job as Head Oenologist at the same winery where Giannis was working as Cellar Master and Vineyard Management Master.<\/p>

They decided not only to join their lives but also their dreams\u2022 to create their own winery.<\/p>

This Terroir is perfect for highlighting both the Greek varieties they grow, as well as for Gewurztraminer which is Katerina's favorite variety after her studies in France.<\/p>

Their goal is to produce exceptional wines that reflect the quality and characteristics of this unique soil in respect to the nature and human values.<\/p>
